Becoming a Tesco Lotus Distribution Centre Manager will put you at the heart of our leading logistics operation serving more than 1,700 stores

By demonstrating your knowledge, passion and experience in logistics, you’ll inspire your Distribution Centre colleagues to be the best they can be, so that our customers are able to get what they want, when they want it, with the best possible service.

Managing a large, complex Distribution Centre will demand all your skills, experience and training to take care of the business, support colleagues and serve our customers.

This is a high-profile role, with hundreds of colleagues and managers looking to you to make sure everyone is fired up, focused and pulling in the same direction. You’ll need to work shifts to fit the distribution centre’s operation.
