As a business, we want to be loved by customers in Thailand.  It’s our overall vision, and it’s our job in Corporate Affairs to make this a reality.

We make sure every single person that comes into contact with Tesco Lotus has a positive experience. This goes for colleagues, customers and communities.

We believe that it’s no longer just price, quality and convenience that matter – customers also want to know exactly what Tesco Lotus stands for, and what contribution we make to Thai Society.  So, we’re here to tell the Tesco Lotus story.

You will work with a very broad range of stakeholders in this role; from our senior leadership team to any one of our 50,000 colleagues.  You will have the opportunity to network widely with representatives in government, NGOs, regulatory bodies and the media.

If you join Corporate Affairs at Tesco Lotus, you’ll be working in one of our specialist teams:

  • External Communications
  • Internal Communications
  • Community Relations
  • Government Relations

Projects you could be involved with include:

  • Helping Thai children:  Since 2002, our Tesco Lotus foundation has provided more than 27,000 scholarships for needy children, including scholarships to attend university.
  • Helping Thai businesses:  We help Thai farmers and independent Thai companies meet global standards so they can export internationally.
  • Helping the environment: We have planted 9 million trees in Thailand since 2007 through a reforestation project.

You’ll be someone who wants to make a difference – to customers, to colleagues and to Thai society.   You’ll be able to build positive relationships with everyone you meet and work in a fast and dynamic way.  You will also have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills in Thai and English.

We want you to always feel at ease in your new working environment. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to help you enjoy the work you do.

  • You’ll join a welcoming team that works on building strong, friendly relationships with customers and local communities.
  • All year round, you’ll receive benefits and rewards, including additional special offers on our products.
  • You’ll also get plenty of training and development opportunities, so you get as much support, feedback and chances to further your career as you need.

Welcome to Tesco Lotus!
