The people you’ll work with will be varied – from your immediate team to our senior leadership team and other teams in the office, stores or distribution.  It’s likely you’ll work in one of our Operational Teams.  In this role, you’ll partner with Tesco Lotus leaders to find and develop talented colleagues and lead business and culture change.  This could be in any of our locations – from a large store or a region to a role in the Head Office. Specialist HR teams support our Operational Teams. These include Talent, Academy, Resourcing, Reward, Expatriate Services, Payroll and Employee Relations.

The opportunities are endless. You could be designing a new benefit scheme and helping colleagues understand it or working with a trade union to make changes at a distribution centre.  You could be delivering training modules to imbed our leadership skills or finding solutions to help a colleague perform at their best.  No matter what you’re working on, our colleagues often tell us they recognise and really value the difference HR makes.

You’ll need to be able to put your Tesco Lotus colleagues at the heart of everything you do – so they can do the same for customers.  And we see great leadership as having five core skills: Empathy, Collaboration, Innovation, Resilience and Responsiveness.
