We operate one of Thailand’s largest supply chains.  We help our suppliers bring their products to 12 million Thai consumers every week.  We partner with global multi-national consumer companies and a vast network of Thai farmers and Thai consumer brands.  We deliver some 7 million cases of products to a network of 1,700 stores each week.  And to deliver these products our drivers clock up enough miles in a year to make 230 round trips to the moon.

As a retail business, our supply chain is absolutely critical to our success.  It gives us a competitive advantage – helping us bring products to consumers faster and cheaper than the competition.  Because of this, we are able to invest in our supply chain – in our systems, our methodologies and our people.

You’ll be partnering with teams of marketers and buyers, colleagues in store and distribution and teams outside of Tesco Lotus.  Because our supply chain touches every area of our enterprise, it’s important that you bring a spirit of collaboration to everything you do.  Our best supply chain leaders invest time in building relationships cross-functionally so they understand the full impact of decisions they make.

You could be part of several teams. These include Order Development and Insight, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Development and Programme Management.  You will have the opportunity to lead large teams as well as get involved in change projects. In a project role, you might be leading a cross-functional team of colleagues and external partners to innovate a process.  This type of work is critical if we are to stay ahead in the fast-changing retail world.

You’ll be exposed to the latest thinking in supply chain and have access to one of the most sophisticated ordering systems around.  You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from some of the best supply chain talent – in Tesco Lotus and in our supply base.  To contribute in this environment, it will be important that you have strong commercial acumen, know how to analyse and interpret data and are someone who can build strong relationships and lead others.  Candidates with a qualification in an analytical subject like engineering is preferred.

We want you to always feel at ease in your new working environment. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to help you enjoy the work you do.

  • You’ll join a welcoming team that works on building strong, friendly relationships with customers and local communities.
  • All year round, you’ll receive benefits and rewards, including additional special offers on our products.
  • You’ll also get plenty of training and development opportunities, so you get as much support, feedback and chances to further your career as you need.

Welcome to Tesco Lotus!
